Created in 2006, the Sunshine Holiday Group (SHG) was an audacious venture from El Mouradi Group of Hotels, major shareholder in Sunshine Holiday Group.

El Mouradi Hotels is the leading Hotel Group in Tunisia, with 17 hotels exceeding a capacity of 16000 beds.

SHG vertically expanded and is composed of Tour Operators in UK, Ireland, Denmark, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Hungary. These companies operate over Tunisia, Turkey and Egypt.

Besides Tour Operating, SHG manages destinations through its division "Sunshine DMC". All back and mid office functions for the group Tour Operators are centralised in Tunisia, within Sunshine DMC.

The DMC handles a park of 100 vehicles through the El Mouradi Group Transport Company (Voyages et Loisirs Tunisie)

The Sunshine Hotels (Hotel Management Company) manages accommodation contracting, through rental, garanteed allotments or contractual agreements, and feeds bedstock to the Tour Operators and to 3rd party suppliers through XML or direct.

Aviation is handled by FLY Sunshine. This company charters full planes, block seats, or buys direct from airlines, and feeds Tour Operators and 3rd party suppliers with flight seat stock at negotiated rates. FLY Sunshine acts as a GSA for some airlines.

FLY Sunshine bought over 400 flight rotations just over Tunisia.

SHG Carried over 50000 clients on its own charters, and handled 38000 3rd party supplier clients.
